A trip to Bozeman isn’t just a vacation. It’s like joining a community, even if only for a short while. And here at the Farmer’s Daughters and RSVP Hotel, we want to help make that community even better, for locals and visitors alike. That’s why this year, we’re a proud sponsor of Music on Main, a Bozeman tradition that’s as well loved as farmers markets on Saturday mornings and a beer by the lake on a summer evening. The Downtown Bozeman Association makes the event possible, and we’re proud to be a part of it.
From 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm every Thursday night in the summer, head downtown in Bozeman to enjoy Music on Main, a celebration of music, food and a good time on these long summer evenings. From Rouse to Black Ave, the streets shut down and the party is pumping. This is the time to see and be seen, to embrace the crowded streets and see the pulse of this town beating strong.
But before you head downtown, there are just a few things you need to know. Here are a few of the things we love most about Music on Main.

Toe-tapping Tunes and Dancing in the Streets
Summer is the absolute best time to dress to the nines, get a drink in your hand and take to Main Street. The musicians featured each Thursday come from around Montana and around the nation to pump melodies into the warm summer air. Hop from bar to bar, but keep your toes tapping in your sweet sandals while you go. It’s all about being outside and enjoying the vibe.
The crowds and the energy get things going, and the dance moves you bust out keep the party moving forward. After the event wraps up, the night is just getting started, and Main Street keeps bustling well into the evening in the local bars and clubs
Support Local
Between the restaurants, bars and food trucks around downtown, not to mention all the shops that leave their doors open late during the festivities, you’re supporting local businesses while you enjoy your time on Main. That’s something we can definitely get behind! Get your shopping on between sets, or peek into booths that line the street, showing off everything from local nonprofits to family fun activities.

When the evening winds down and it’s time to retreat to the comfort and chillax of the RSVP Hotel, midtown Bozeman is just a quick Uber ride away. That’s the benefit of being in a relatively small mountain town like Bozeman. You’ll find your passion for the arts and plenty of party time, without a long commute when it comes time to slip between the 300-thread count sheets behind your Hotel room door.
